Kevin Goldstein

For nearly two decades, Kevin Goldstein has provided strategic advice on regulatory and public policy issues to companies and organizations operating in the rapidly evolving Canadian communications sector.

Prior to establishing Goldstein Communications Law, he was Vice President, Regulatory Affairs, Content and Distribution, for BCE Inc., the parent company of Bell Canada, Canada’s largest communications company.  In this role, Kevin oversaw all regulatory issues for local, specialty and pay television, radio, digital and on-demand content, as well as for cable, satellite and IPTV.  Before joining Bell in 2011, Kevin held leadership positions at CTVglobemedia and CHUM Limited.

Kevin was a Director of the Canadian Association of Broadcasters from 2007 to 2017 and was Chair of the Association in 2014 and 2015.  In 2013, he was named one of Canada’s leading lawyers under 40 by Lexpert Magazine.

He holds a BA (1995) and Law Degree (1998) from the University of Manitoba.
